What happens in the free consultation?
It is a one-hour conversation (59 minutes) about your goals, challenges, and opportunities, whether you need guidance on leadership development, grant writing, or program enhancement. You leave with insights and tailored strategies, and the start of a roadmap for lasting impact.
How much do your services cost?
Your first one-hour consultation is free. After that, consulting is $125 an hour.
Do you only work with Head Start programs?
No. We work with nonprofit organizations of all sizes. Head Start and Early Head Start are a specialty: Dr. Armstead has worked in Head Start programs since 2001.
Which Head Start processes can you help with?
The Designation Renewal System (with a 98% success rate), Early Head Start – Child Care Partnerships, federal monitoring preparation for Focus Area 1 and Focus Area 2 reviews, new, expansion, and continuation grants, and community assessments.
Do you work with organizations outside Florida?
Yes. We are based in Cutler Bay, Florida, and work with nonprofits across the country, including clients in Arizona, New Mexico, and Georgia.
When are you available?
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 10:00 to 12:00, 2:00 to 4:00, and 5:00 to 6:30. We are closed Tuesday, Thursday, and weekends.
